QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY

WIPPIE provides digital services to reduce inequalities and promote an economy with a positive social and environmental impact.

WIPPIE's Management, aware of the importance of meeting the needs and expectations of our customers, fostering mutually beneficial relationships with interested parties, ensures the quality of its processes through a management system.

This policy constitutes the framework to establish and review the objectives and goals aimed at obtaining the purposes proposed in it, considering it a strategic element for the operation of WIPPIE, based on the following principles:

 

·    COMPLY with the applicable requirements, of the context of the management system, of the relevant interested parties and current regulations established.

·    PROMOTE training and awareness, through internal communication with our employees, as well as external communication with customers and suppliers. Creating an appropriate work environment for staff to be involved in achieving WIPPIE's objectives.

·    MAINTAIN and IMPROVE the efficiency and effectiveness of the Quality Management System, promoting continuous improvement in terms of the incorporation of new technologies, promoting the constant review of internal processes, relationships with our clients and collaborators.
