A Long Journey

In general terms, the mass economy of the last century saw the worker as a cog in the well-oiled production machinery, focusing research and development efforts on obtaining products in an increasingly cheap and efficient way.

For the worker this represented stability and decent pay, at best.

With this model long in decline towards the end of the 20th century, the Digital Revolution took place, the digital job market was born and new opportunities appeared, mainly oriented to the provision of services.

A new source of employment emerges, characterized by the monetization of the worker's time in specific services, such as urban transport and food delivery, which measures their performance in terms of consistency and efficiency, but limits their participation, homogenizing and flattening their individual skills.

Again, the worker is one more piece in the well-oiled machinery governed and regulated by supply-demand, this time a digital machine.

In this context, freelancers in the field of knowledge and content creation relied on the advertising revenue model as their main livelihood.

But in recent years, the progressive decline in these revenues together with the consequent increase in pressure to generate click-oriented content, have made it necessary to search for alternatives.

The Future of Work

In response to this situation and driven by the emergence of new digital platforms, a model that connects the self-employed with communities that support their activity and allows them to regain creative control has emerged, causing a true revolution in the way of undertaking and conceiving the work activity.

The future of work.

We are part of a movement that promotes this model and our work consists of the deployment of digital platforms and services to connect creators with their support communities.

By encouraging direct interaction, we help establish and strengthen ties with its members and discover new ways to share common experiences and interests.

We collaborate in the development and expansion of local communities, providing tools for the performance of creative activity and the dissemination of content in all its forms, with a special emphasis on socio-economic, cultural, educational and environmental issues.

It is part of our commitment to accompany independent workers on their long journey towards an economically sustainable way of life, within the framework of the development of knowledge societies.
